Return Policy
We do not accept returns or exchanges for wrong size or color ordered, change of mind, or items not in their original condition.
In the case of a damaged or defective product you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or reprint
Damages & Defective Items
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will offer a free reprint or a refund provided that:
- You contact us within 30 days of delivery
- You submit a clear photo showing the issue
There is no need to return the damaged item.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for returns or refunds:
- Items ordered in the wrong size or color
- Change-of-mind purchases
- Sale items or gift cards
- DTG products with print placement variations of up to 0.5"
- Items with unsuccessful delivery due to customer error
Exchanges
As all products are made to order, we do not offer direct exchanges. If your return is accepted, please make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
Once your claim is reviewed and approved:
- Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days
- Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund
- If multiple products are affected by the same issue, provide a photo or video of all affected items in a single frame
